The terms and conditions below apply for reservations made by an individual, private person unless a special agreement has been made. Separate rules apply for group reservations over 10 persons. Ateleir reserves a right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in case of public holidays, special events, seasonality or additional services require so.
HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
When reserving a room your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required. A room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The hotel is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee or credit card guarantee in order to secure the reservation.
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room is at your disposal from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 11:00 am. The hotel is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed. The room will be reserved for you until 4:00 pm on the day of arrival unless no other agreement has been made at the time of reserving or if the confirmed rate or reservation period does not include any other special terms. In case you arrive to the hotel according to the arrival time agreed and the room you have reserved is not available, the hotel is liable to arrange you an equivalent room without extra charges.
- CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, unless the rate confirmed or the reservation period includes special terms, the room can be cancelled until 08:00 am on the day prior to arrival without a fee. In case you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, the hotel is entitled to charge equal to the first night’s stay including taxes to your credit card.
- EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departure before the agreed day must be informed to the hotel latest by 1:00 pm on the day before. If your reservation is for several nights the hotel is entitled to charge you the full amount for the whole stay. Early departure before the agreed day may also cause changes in the room rate confirmed.
- PAYMENT
Atelier accepts the most common credit/debit cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency beside EURO, vouchers, cheques or credit/debit cards unless the hotel has volunteered to do so. In case the reservation has not been paid in advance it should be settled upon arrival at the hotel by cash or credit card.
- GUEST BEHAVIOUR IN THE HOTEL
We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of breaking these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private hotel premises such as hotel rooms and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.
- RESPONSIBILITY ON YOUR VALUABLES
Your valuables can be stored in the hotel upon request. The hotel is entitled to collect a charge for storage of these items. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables. The hotel is not responsible for valuables stored in your room.
- GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE
As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you or your guest in the hotel room or in hotel premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property. The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general principles.
- RENTING HOTEL ROOMS FOR MINORS
Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not. An underage person travelling alone will need a letter of consent signed by a guardian. The letter has to include the minor’s name, birthday and dates of arrival and departure. The name and contact information of a guardian are also required.
- OTHER
– Pets or animals are not allowed in the property. In case of necessity, the hotel can arrange a pet hotel situated closely for you pets. Additional fees might apply.
– It is not allowed to smoke in indoor areas of the hotel.
– Parties are not allowed in the hotel.
RESTAURANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- APPLICABILITY
1.1 The Restaurant Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Atelier Restaurant. Prices are subject to change.
1.2 By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these Restaurant Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.
1.4 All rights and entitlements stipulated for Atelier in these Restaurant Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Atelier.
- QUALITY
The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
- PRICES/OFFERS
3.1 All offers made by Atelier are without obligation and Atelier expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.
3.1 All prices are indicated in Albanian Lekë, including VAT.
3.3 In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
3.4 Atelier cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.
- CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Atelier is entitled to cancel or change the date of an event. Should this happen, Atelier will attempt to provide a suitable solution. If an event is cancelled or postponed, Atelier will do its utmost to inform you as soon as possible. However, Atelier cannot guarantee it is possible to inform you timely of any change or cancellation of an event or be held responsible for refunds, compensations or for any resulting costs you may incur, for example for travel, accommodation and/or any other related goods or service.
4.2 Before confirming your reservation, always check carefully that you have reserved the correct (number of) persons. Wrongfully ordered (numbers of) persons are not refundable.
4.3. All purchases are final. The dinner cruise tickets bought here cannot be returned for any refunds whatsoever; group bookings paid for on the website likewise cannot be cancelled by the purchaser and refunds claimed for any reason whatsoever.
- PAYMENTS
5.1 All prices are including VAT.
5.2 Methods of payment we accept: Cash, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
5.3 You will not receive confirmation of your definitive booking until your payment has been approved.
- OTHER PROVISIONS
6.1 If one or more of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Atelier are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law to be determined by Atelier.
6.2 The law of the Albania applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by Atelier. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be exclusively settled by the Court of Shkodër.
6.3 Pets or animals are not allowed in the property.
6.4 It is not allowed to smoke in indoor areas of the restaurant.
